We have the facilities to insure almost all types of property and let accommodation in the UK.

All types of Tenant acceptable

We have one standard rate for the majority of tenant types and in addition can also cover asylum seekers, housing association lets, hostels and non-standard lets subject to underwriting.

Lowest national rates available

The beauty of our schemes are that they generally have one low national rate irrespective of where the property is in the UK.

We have also negotiated some of the best rates in difficult flood or high-crime areas so all of the properties within the portfolio can generally be incorporated under one simple and effective policy.

HMO Specialist cover available

This is a market where the insurers need to fully understand the unique nature of the risks involved with letting on a multi-tenure basis and are able to offer specialist cover and correspondingly low premiums.

There are many different sub-categories to HMOs and the experience and knowledge at Elite Landlords will certainly help navigate this difficult but expanding area.

Generous discounts on larger portfolios

We do give extra discounts to portfolios of 10 or more properties or where rebuild costs are in excess of £1M. Full details on request.

Full cover for unoccupied properties

Unlike many insurers we do have the ability to add full cover to unoccupied properties even those undergoing works.

Over the years he has built up an enviable wealth of knowledge in all aspects of commercial broking, especially so within the Property & Construction sectors. As a “hands-on” director, Adam is fully immersed in the day to day activities of the business and is proud to set the high ethical standards to which the company aspire in all their many activities.

Steve Growns

Steve joined the team recently in 2014 and brings a blend of 30-years’ professional experience and strong technical knowledge combined with a passion for customer service. Having previously worked at managerial level for a substantial “national broker” he is able to turn his hand to most things “technical”. He brings considerable experience in the management of our dedicated national property and landlord schemes.
